Much of our local work is focused on food: Breakfast on Us (5 days a week), lunch in the C.A.R.E. Resource Space (every Monday), and Community Dinner (first Friday of the month). We also partner with organizations in our community and around the world.

Other Benevolences

We also have a benevolence fund for families in need of food or gas cards, help with rent or utilities, or a winter coat. We are beginning to focus more on the needs of those without housing, and and have started providing snack packs and personal hygiene items.

We provide families with clothing, blankets, and toys through our community partners the Family Center of Lamoille County and the Clarina Howard Nichols Center.  We offer gently used clothing for minimal cost at our Rummage and Food Sale.  We also provide contact information for other agencies as needed. We donate non-perishable for to the food bank once a month.

Although most of our benevolences are thanks to the generosity of our congregants, we welcome donations from everyone who wishes to help with this vital ministry, especially during the winter months. Our goal is to help those we can and help as many as we are able. Please know that when you donate to our local mission effort you are truly helping many in this community who are in need.  We pray that we are able to make a difference in many lives.
